What is Sherlocked?
Sherlocked offers immersive escape rooms in Amsterdam, designed to challenge your puzzle-solving skills and foster teamwork. Whether you’re planning an event for a small team (2–19 players) or a corporate team outing for larger groups, our experiences, including the Time Crimes adventure, are tailored to build trust among team members.
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our location is not wheelchair accessible. All our Amsterdam escape rooms are located in the Beurs van Berlage which is a historic building and not well equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.
What is Time Crimes?
Time Crimes is a 90-minute escape game designed for team building, where teams work together to solve the puzzles of a rogue time traveler. Perfect for groups of 12–100 players, it combines engaging challenges with team dynamics.
How many people can participate in Time Crimes?
- Minimum: 12 participants per game
- Maximum: 100 participants in total
- Up to 25 players per game, with a maximum of 4 games running simultaneously.
Time Crimes is ideal for team building events that require collaboration among team members, regardless of your group size.
What does Time Crimes include?
- A dedicated host and a game master are at your disposal
- Snacks and drinks (including vegetarian and vegan options) are included when held at Maison Descartes in Amsterdam (Sherlocked offices)
- Optional evaluation by a psychologist for team feedback.

Can I cancel or change my Time Crimes booking?
- Cancel 14 days before: Full refund or reschedule.
- Cancel or reschedule 7 days hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancel or reschedule 2 hours before: Non-refundable.
Can I pay later?
For corporate groups booking Time Crimes, invoices and a payment link is provided. All bookings must be paid in advance, 14 days before the booking, if possible.
Can we have drinks or snacks at the location?
Drinks and snacks are available during Time Crimes at Maison Descartes.
What is included in Time Crimes snacks and drinks?
Snacks include fresh veggies, hummus, cookies, and nachos. Drinks include soda, beer, wine, and water. Vegan options are available upon request to accommodate all team members.
